Google to provide support tools (support forums, live chat, bug reporting etc) for developers in the future?

In responding to the latest Android Developer survey, the most interesting question I encountered was this one:
"If Google Play offered a full suite of customer support tools, how willing would you be to utilize them instead of your own infrastructure? (A customer support suite might include services like support forums, feedback forums, live chat, bug reporting tools, etc)"

Can I get a HELL YES?
